Manufacturing
Ensign has the expertise, equipment and infrastructure to formulate and fill a hugely diverse range of liquid products.
Lotions, ointments, gels, flammable liquids and suspensions are filled into bottles, tubes, jars, sachets and aerosols. Multiple GMP mixing suites containing vessels of 400L to 10,000L capacity, service more than 20 production lines offering our customers both scale and flexibility. Ongoing investment in our people and the latest manufacturing technology drives operational efficiency.

Ensign is audited to the PIC/S code by both the Australian TGA (Licence no. 189) and by our exacting multi-national customer base. Systems and procedures that may impact on product quality are fully validated.
All materials are QC released prior to manufacture, check weighers and vision systems are used across the site, a Change Control, CAPA and Deviation system is maintained and real time stability, market surveillance and annual product reviews undertaken.
